Port Blair, May 21: In view of the relaxations given by the A & N Administration during the lockdown 4 period, Transport Department has decided to start some activities related to Motor Vehicle Sections, which are all activities related to State Transport Authority; Annual Fitness of Goods Vehicles. (20 vehicles per day from 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM); Renewal of Certificate of Registration; Transactions like Road Tax, Change of address, Hypothecation, Transfer of ownership, Duplicate RC/DL, NOC, Renewal of DL etc except issue of new driving/learner’s license and All transactions for registration of new Motor Vehicles. The general public can avail the facility on all working days from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
