Port Blair, Feb27: In yet another tragic development, one youth of Kimius Village of Car Nicobar drowned while fishing in sea. According to reports Mr. Joyfull, 39 years, s/o George had gone for fishing with his friend and during fishing this incident took place. Last week in a similar incident four people gone for missing had gone missing from Arong Village of Car Nicobar.
