Port Blair, Feb 27: MV Strider connected to Chennai- A & N Islands Cable laying works reached Mus Jetty, Car Nicobar this morning. The vessel reportedly brought some equipments and men to Car Nicobar.
Experts who reached Car Nicobar by the ship were reportedly inspecting site for cable landing at Malacca Area of Car Nicobar. More Ships are likely to join, it is learnt.
The ship reportedly completed the cable laying work upto Hut Bay on last Sunday. More details are awaited.
