Port Blair, Feb 24: As the dry season in Andaman has just began, more and more cases of bush fires are getting reported from different part of these Islands. Today in Port Blair three such cases of bush fire were reported from Attam Pahad, Tamil Sangam and Dollygun area, after which Fire Service personnel reached to the spot and doused the fire.
Meanwhile talking to Andaman Sheekha the Fire Service officials have urged all Islanders to avoid throwing burning cigarette carelessly, as in many cases such burning cigarette causes bush fire.
