Port Blair, Feb 20: The International Mother Language Day is being observed on 21.02.2020. As part of it, the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Regional Centre Port Blair is celebrating the Mother Language Day at its premises on Friday 21st February, 2020 at 4.00 pm. Dr. Nilanjan Khatua, Head of Office, Anthropological Survey of India, Andaman & Nicobar Islands will deliver a special lecture on Mother Tongue Day. All are invited.
