Port Blair, Feb 09: As part of “No to Single Use Plastic”, the Indira Gandhi National Open University Regional Centre, Port Blair will be distributing ‘cloth bags’ to its graduates at 33rd Convocation function. To reduce the use of plastics, the cloth bags will play a significant role to protect our Islands environment. The 33rd Convocation function of IGNOU will be held at Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Auditorium, Port Blair on Monday, 17th February 2020 at 11.30 to 3 pm. The Member of Parliament of A & N Islands Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma will be the Chief Guest of the Convocation function at Port Blair. A communication from the Regional Director, IGNOU, Regional Centre, Port Blair said.
