Port Blair, Jan 16: The Indira Gandhi National Open University, Regional Centre, Port Blair is organizing activities of Swachhta Pakwada 2020 during 16th – 31st January 2020. The activities includes waste recycling, energy conservation, water conservation, forest conservation, special stress on maintenance of kitchen, Best out of Waste, cleanliness drive in campus, say no to single use of plastics, etc. Ms. Swaraja Laxmi Bai, Assistant of Regional Centre, Port Blair will coordinate the Pakwada. The IGNOU staff and the students are participating in the Pakwada. The students from other institutions and the general public are also welcome to participate in the Pakwada.
