Port Blair, Sept 13: A couple has been arrested by PS Pahargaon team from Garacharma area today for possessing Ganja. According to detail the couple, Husband and Wife, Arjun Mandal and Lalitha Biswas had brought the Ganja consignment to Port Blair from Mainland India through parcel. Following a tip off the team of P S Pahargaon, under the leadership of SHO, Inspector Vishal Ram arrested the couple this afternoon.
