Port Blair, Sep 08: The Annual General Body Meeting of AATO was held today on 8th September 2019 at Hotel Dev Mahal, Prem Nagar .
The meeting began with welcome address by Mr. PS Vijayan, Org. Secretary and was followed by a brief note about the 15 long years of Aato along with the upcoming activities of Aato by its President Mr. M.Vinod
It was decided in the meeting to take up the matters Relating to tourist Permit,Changes in Parking Rule and Delay in Registration and Renewal of Travel Agents with concerned authorities.
Various programmes like Fam Tour, Andaman Tourism Awards, Release Of Islands Postal Stamp by Aato were also finalised in connection with the 15th year celebration of Aato.
It was also decided unanimously in the meeting that the present committee of Aato under the President-ship of Mr. M.Vinod will continue further for a period of two years with slight changes in the Executive Committee. The Meeting Concluded with vote of thanks proposed by Mr. K. Hamza, Gen. Secretary of Aato.
