Billyground, Aug 25: VHP UNIT Billyground and Radhagobindda Temple committee on Saturday celebrated Shree Krishna Jannasthami at Radhagobindda Temple complex. Devotees from different villages gathered at Temple and performed puja archana. The Temple committee arranged Maha bhog for the devotees. In the evening VHP organized painting, quiz and fancy dress competition for the students. 130 students participated in these competitions.
Before the commencement of the competition Mr. Sanjoy Biswas highlighted on the celebration of Jannasthami and also focused on the various social and religious activities of VHP. He also highlighted the importance of this day and told that in this pious day the Organization VHP was formed. On this occasion good number of women and senior citizens of the area witnessed the program.
