Port Blair, July 26: One cow and one calf today fell into sea near Haddo Wharf in two different instances but in both the cases Fire Brigade team, with the help of two local fishermen of Haddo, Mr. A Kameshwar Rao R/o Haddo Fisheries colony, and Mr. M.Solan of Haddo Fisheries colony managed to pull out the cattle safety. In first case the cow was rescued at around 6.00 AM and in second case the calf was rescued at around 10.30 AM. Why and how both the cattle fell in sea on the same day is still not known.
