N&M Andaman May, 23: A massive fire broke out in Billyground Bazaar near fish-market area in the wee hours today. Three shops totally gutted in this fire accident.
Mr. Utpal Mistry, a resident of nearby area spotted the fire first and called his neighbour Mr. Narayan Das for help.
Soon information was passed to fire station and electricity department. Acting swiftly fire tenders and PS Billyground staffs reached the spot in 3 minutes.
It took 1.30hrs. to take control over the fire.
Many youths nearby had also extended their help to bring the fire under control.
Public of the area lauded the efforts of Fire Service in dousing the fire on time.
