Port Blair, Apr 30: In yet another major raid a team of PS Aberdeen today seized nearly 300 bottles of codeine based cough syrup and arrested one person from Haddo area.
As more raids were planned, more details regarding this raid were not available, when last report poured in.
Earlier, in the month of February 101 bottles of cough syrups were seized by CCS team from Shivram Complex.
While contraband substances like Ganja, Cough Syrups are ruining future of Island youths, raids like this, bring ray of hope for Islanders.
Islanders hope that the police team will reach upto the bottom of this case and arrest the kingpin of this codeine based cough syrup supply chain.
