Port Blair, Mar 29: The Port Blair Municipal Council bid farewell to five employees of the Council who will superannuate from government service on 31.03.2019. At a simple function held on 29/03/2019 in the Conference Hall of the Council. All the retirement benefits including GPF, gratuity and other monetary benefits were handed over to the employees. In his address Mr. SuneelAnchipaka, Secretary, Port Blair Municipal Council recalled the valuable services rendered by them to the Council and wished them happy and healthy post retired life. Mementoes were also presented to the employees. Senior officials/officers were also present on the occasion. Name of the employees who retired are viz. S/Mr. K.BhimaRao, Carpenter T.MukundaRao, Mason A. Balaiah, Asst. Mason, K.VenkatRao, Asst. Mason and Smt. Babli, Sanitary Jawabdar, said Administrative Officer, Municipal Council in a press release.
