Port Blair, Dec12: A Swift car reg. no. AN-01, J-0555 hit rear end of Private Bus reg. no. AN01C3470 (Ranchi Basthi to Medical) this afternoon around 1:40PM in front of Old Ayush Hospital bus stand. It was learnt that car was coming from Netaji Stadium area in a High Speed towards GB Pant Hospital.
It is reported that a student of MBBS 2nd year was driving the car along with his friends and suffered minor injuries. Further details are awaited.
