Port Blair, Nov 05: The Deputy Ranger, Forest Department, Mr. Manjit Singh, also known as Snake Man of A & N Islands, has again rescued a Pit Viper Snake, this time from the entrance Gate of a local Hotel, yesterday, around 7:00 PM.
Despite being Sunday, Mr. Manjit Singh on receiving a call reached for rescuing the snake with his team. As per details, the snake was about 1 meter long and of 300 grams in weight. The snake will soon be released in a safe location, it is learnt.
