Diglipur, Oct 9: The network of BSNL mobile is not working properly in Diglipur since one week. On enquiry it was revealed that due to cable cut in Forest Department area in Naveen Nagar there is a disruption in service.
Sources said that the OFC was cut on last Sunday and exact location of the cut has not been located yet by the BSNL authorities.
Due to this only BTS tower in Naveen Nagar is working whose signal area is Naveen Nagar, Khudirampur and few parts of bazaar area.
The villages from Keralapuram to Shubpur, Laxmipur, to Shyam Nagar, Sitanagar to Ramnagar all areas not getting BSNL signal.
The network in mobile showing either ‘Emergency Calls Only’ or ‘No Network’ in all these areas. Due to this, the Airtel network also got congested. The people when go to BSNL office for making any complaint the customers are not getting any proper response, public allege.
