Kadamtala, Sept 25: The Congress Workers of Kadamtala region today lodged their protest in a unique way against pathetic condition of Andaman Trunk Road by throwing Fishing Nets into the massive potholes. Since morning congress workers with flags of INC went from one Pothole to another and mocked the poor state of ATR by throwing Fishing Nets into these Potholes.
Talking to Andaman Sheekha, a social worker of Kadamtala, who has recently joined Congress Party today said that with this he hopes to catch the attention of Administration and NHIDCL, who according to him, seems to have forgotten about people of North and Middle Andaman.
“When ATR stretch inside Jarawa area can be repaired, why roads of Kadamtala area are left to the mercy of God. Everyday there is some or the other accident, who is responsible for this?”questioned Mr. Basu.
