Port Blair, Aug 31: The Students of MGGC College extended helping hands to Shreya Das, a pre-primary student of Billyground, who is admitted in MIOT Hospital Chennai.
The Members of ABVP, N & Middle Andaman started a fundraising to support the girl child after the matter came into the notice of Mr. M Vedivel Zilla, Pramukh ABVP N&M Andaman.
Nikhit Das District Convener N&M Andaman ABVP along with ABVP MGGC Unit collected Rs. 10251/- from MGGC campus after getting permission from Principal MGGC.
In the presence of Gram Pradhan and Swayamsevak of RSS the student Leaders of ABVP MGGC Unit Arbaz Khan, Noor Ali, Asif, Sai Prashad, Ajeeth Tirkye visited the house of Sreya in Swadesh Nagar, Billy Grounds and handed over the amount collected to the family.
ABVP also requested all Islanders to support the parents of Shreya in this fight. The students pray for early recovery of Shreya, a communication said by ABVP.
