Port Blair, July 29: A Deer was rescued from the Marine Dockyard this afternoon. It is believed that the Deer came in the Marine Dockyard from Ross Island by swimming. According to sources, after sighting the Deer immediately the staffs of Marine Dockyard rescued the Deer and informed the Forest and Police Personnel.
It is learnt that later the Forest team after providing treatment to the Deer released the Deer in Ross Island.
Thank God! so nice and happy the deer survived…..When I visited Ross Island this month 14 days before saw so many deers….It was so pleasant to witness…Took photo also….
