Port Blair, June 20: The 4th International Yoga Day has been celebrated at IGNOU RegionalCentre-Port Blair. The staff members both Regular and Daily Wagesparticipated in the function. The Yoga Expert Shri.SeralArasan fromVasumathy Yoga Clinic, Dairy Farm-Port Blair has given special lectureon yoga and demonstrated the various Hashanahs of yoga through hisyoung students. The second floor of the Regional Center was used to doyoga activities using Yoga Mats (12). All the members enjoyed thefreshness while doing yoga. It has felt by all of us to have regular
yoga programme weekly or monthly once at RC.The Regional Director Dr. S. Ganesan of RC-Port Blair conveyed thevote of thanks to the Yoga Expert and his young team.
