Port Blair, May 06: A case of theft was registered at PS Campbell Bay on Friday last regarding stolen cash from the Hundi of Sree Muthumariamman Temple, Babu Line, Campbell Bay on the intervening night of 3rd and 4th March 2018.
Following the report team of PS Campbell Bay started investigating into this matter and after proper investigation arrested 18 year old, Mr. Deepu Singh, a resident of Gandhi Nagar and Mr. K Srinivasan, 24 years, a resident of RPRS Colony, Campbell Bay.
Both the accused were arrested on Friday and money was recovered from their possession. On 05/05/18, they were produced before the A.C (C/Bay) and both were sent for 10 days judicial remand.
