Port Blair, Feb 20: Following an accident between a Tempo and a Car near the Velodrome area of Netaji Stadium yesterday evening, there was a minor scuffle between two groups.
On information police reached the spot and took both the parties to PS Aberdeen and FIR was lodged against both the drivers. Later both were released on bail.
