Port Blair, Jan 17: A laborer reportedly killed his colleague yesterday night following an argument over a minor issue.
As per sources, both the labourers were under heavy influence of liquor yesterday night.
Sources said that during the night time when they were sleeping at the street just near to the AMR General Stores and near Meshack Market they had an argument following which the murderer Mahesh Sai took an wooden plank and hit the deceased Nageshwar Rao, following which the Nageshwar Rao died on the spot.
As per reports, murderer Mahesh Sai has been arrested by the Aberdeen Police Station. Further details are awaited.
