Port Blair, Dec 15: After haunting tourists at Wandoor and Corbyn’s Cove beach now crocodiles are all set to scare people from Chidiyatapu area.
As per details, a huge Crocodile and small Crocodile have now been sighted near the dinghy berthing area at Chidiyatapu, close to the entrance gate Chidiyatapu Biological Park.
As per reports, since last three days, the villagers, Fishermen of the area are sighting both the Crocodiles and yesterday morning a team of Forest Department on complaint visited the area and they too sighted both of the Crocodiles.
It is learnt that the staffs of Forest Department will take necessary measures tomorrow to trap both the Crocodiles.
Last month a Crocodile attacked a youth at Wandoor Beach and after that again another Crocodile was sighted at the Corbyn’s Cove Beach area. It seems that people now have threat from Crocodile in most of the popular tourist beaches in these Islands.
