All willing candidates, who have not completed G.P. (IV) Rating course may apply for this course along with documents like Photo ID Card (Aadhaar/PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID etc.)andHigh School or 10th Certificate/Marksheet
The application must reach to IV Cell, Port Management Board, Phoenix Bay, Port Blair on or before 15thNovember, 2017.
Those candidates, who have already applied for G.P. Rating Course, need not apply again. Candidates must provide their mobile number on their application forms.It may be noted that four basic safety courses as specified under Rule 67 (vii) is mandatory for issue of COC.
