Port Blair, Oct 16: The condolence meeting was held at BJP Bhavan, Middle Point, on account of the sad demise of A. K. Linga Velu, (D.O.B – 03.04.1927 – D.O.D -11.10.2017) Former President –cum- Founder BJP, A&N Islands, F/o L. Moorty, Nominated Councillor, PBMC, R/o Aberdeen Bazar, who passed away at Chennai. Mr. Vishal Jolly, State President BJP, A&N Islands, Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, Member of Parliament and Party workers have attended the meeting condolence. Mr. Vishal Jolly, State President BJP A&N Islands, Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray and Party workers stated the ideology of Mr. A. K. Linga Velu and his contribution on development of BJP in A&N Islands and benefits to A&N Islands.
