Port Blair, Sep 17: The ongoing cyclonic weather has created havoc in entire Middle Andaman leading to power cuts for long hours. As per reports, many trees fell in Baratang region, making a total blackout in the region for long hours.
Meanwhile in Baratang four bridges of Jarawa creek, Wrafters Creek, Katang, Kukur Bhuka have been damaged due to heavy water flow, leading to disruption of normal life. No injuries have been reported yet. It is also learnt that in Billiground region there is no electricity since 04.00 am due to snapping of electric lines in the region.
