Port Blair, Sep 14: The Festival Issue-2017 of BAAKPROTIMA, the only RNI-registered Bengali Little Magazine of these Islands has been formally released on 12 Sep by Shri Anindo Majumdar, Chief Secretary, A&N Administration at Secretariat. This 400-paged (including cover) ISSN-holder journal, 152nd in series, contains at least two dozen of essays on different subjects, similar number of short stories, three travelogues including other articles and poems contributed by the writers of these Islands and of mainland India.
