Port Blair, Sep 07: Shri Udit Prakash Rai (IAS), DC South Andaman/Secretary (RD, PRIs & ULB), A & N Admin laid the foundation stone on 07/09/2017 at early morning for Construction Work “W/o Footpath with one side drain from Zilla Parishad Road to Ignesh Maji house at Mannarghat-01, in the presence of Shri O. Bashir, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Mannarghat along with B. Rukmani, Junior Engineer, PRIs and large gathering of villagers. The cost of the project is Rs. 9, 58,290/- (Rupees Nine Lakh Fifty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ninety only). Earlier a warm welcome was given by the villagers to the dignitary. Addressing the gathering the dignitary appreciated the pace of development in Gram Panchayat Mannarghat. The Pradhan expressed his deep gratitude to Chief Guest & the Present Gathering.
