Diglipur, Aug 09: Once again the hackers have targeted one of the account of SBI Diglipur and fraudulently withdrawn Rs 18,000/-. When the incident came into light Rs 18,000/- was already gone from the account of a Defence personnel, Mr Mukesh, who is presently posted at Aerial Bay, Diglipur and having account at SBI, Diglipur.
It is learnt that he neither use online transactions nor online purchases. But On 17th July late night he got messages that Rs 6,000/- was withdrawn from his account through Uber cab services of New York, USA.
When he woke up in the morning he found that 4 more same messages were there, in which total 18,000/- were withdrawn from his account.
Soon after this he made a complaint to the Manager, SBI Diglipur.
After filing complaint he was assured of action in this matter within 45 days. But even after one month he got only Rs 60/- and he got a message from SBI bank services that his complaint has been closed.
The people of Diglipur now questioning that why only the SBI bank accounts are being targeted by the hackers. SBI customers doubts that some software glitch much have been passing account details of SBI customers to hackers.
