Port Blair, July 28: An unfortunate accident/incident was reported on 27.07.2017 wherein the katcha house belonging to Shri M. Venu Gopal S/o Venkateshwar Rao R/o Bambooflat was fully damaged due to fire incident occurred on 26.07.2017 at around 8.00 to 9.00 P.M. In order to provide timely relief the Deputy Commissioner South Andaman has sanctioned an amount of Rs. 95000/- to the affected family. The amount is sanction in terms of prevailing SDRF norms approved by Govt. of India.
