Car Nicobar, July 09: A Music Teacher of prominent School at Car Nicobar, has been arrested by the Car Nicobar Police Unit this afternoon after a case was registered against him by a minor student for sexually abusing her.
As per details, the reported abuse took place at the school itself and as per sources the victim girl has reported the matter about the incident firstly to the Principal of the school but even though no action was taken against the teacher forcing the child to report the whole incident to her parents following which a complaint was later registered at the Car Nicobar Police Station by the parents of the girl.
As soon as the matter was reported, the Car Nicobar Police Unit immediately arrested the teacher and registered a case of POCSO against the Music Teacher. The residents of the Nicobar District are fuming against the alleged shameless act of the Music Teacher and are demanding strict action against the teacher.
Andaman Sheekha has learnt that the Music Teacher is not yet a permanent employee and is working in the school on Contract Basis,. The accused will be produced in front of the Court tomorrow. Further details are awaited.
