Port Blair, Mar 14: A 55 year old man, resident of Old Pahargaon and a Driver at Botanical Survey of India, Mr K Ramu committed suicide by hanging himself in front of his home this morning.
As per reports, the old man was suffering from various health issues since last several months. Sources said that last week itself he resumed his duty with enormous trouble. It is learnt that as he couldn’t cope up with his disease he took this extreme step. The Tylerabad Police Station has registered an UD FIR in this regard and further details are awaited.
