Port Blair, March 01: The Lt. Governor, A & N Islands, Prof. Jagdish Mukhi has deeply mourned the untimely demise of Late Chamberlain Paul, Vice Chief Captain, Tribal Council, Car Nicobar, who expired at G B Pant Hospital, Port Blair on 01.03.2017 at 04.45 PM, after prolonged illness. He was 78 Years old and survived by his wife, two daughters and one son.
