Port Blair, Jan 13: Ensuring strict action against contraband items, illegal sale of liquor and other illegal activity, today 13/01/17, a Police team of PS Aberdeen on reliable source of information, apprehended two persons from School Line namely Mohammed Sultan R/o Garacharama and Prince William R/o Prothrapur from whose possession 01 Kg and 100 grams illicit Ganja were recovered.
Upon this, a case vide Crime No. 16/17 under Section 20(b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act 1985 has been registered against them at PS Aberdeen and they are being produced before the Hon’ble Court at Port Blair.
General public are requested to pass on any credible information on any illegal activity on the telephone numbers: 100, 233077, 232405, 250525, and 232400. The informant will be suitably rewarded and his/her identity will be kept secret.
