Port Blair, Dec. 22: The Chief Secretary, A&N Administration, Shri Anindo Majumdar will lay the foundation stone for Ice Plant at Chunnabhatta on Dec. 23, 2016 at 3 pm. The Adhyaksh, Zilla Parishad, South Andaman, Shri Jaydeep Kumar Dey and the Secretary (Fisheries), A&N Administration, Smt. R. Menaka will also grace the occasion.
