Port Blair, Nov 27: The Non-Gazetted Government Officers’ Association, Andaman and Nicobar Islands expresses deep grief over the death of the legendary leader of working class and downtrodden Comrade Fidel Castro, former President and Prime minister of Cuba. He was 90 and died at Hawana ,the capital of Cuba today (26.11.2016).He was the Prime minister of Cuba from 1959 to 1976 and President from 1976 to till he relinquished the post in 2008.
