Port Blair, Nov 15: The Govt. of India is demonetizing Rs. 500 & 1000 notes. It has been reported that certain business houses including Hospitals, Caterers, Tent houses etc. are not accepting Cheques/ Demand Drafts and online payment transfer from customers. In such cases, the customers are advised to lodge their complaint to the District Magistrate/ Dy. Commissioner (SA) over phone No.9434280018 or on the District Control Room toll free No. 1070 or submit written complaint for appropriate action against such establishment.
