Port Blair, Mar 11: A team of Tunighata People’s Movement of Human Rights Welfare Association (TPMHRWA), Andaman branch, recently visited the Ramnagar Adarsh Village under Diglipur Tehsil.
The team head Mr.Mithun Das and other members met Mr. Swapan Biswas (Pradhan Gram Panchayat Ramnagar ) and Mr. Jadhav Sammadder (Samiti Member ,Ramnagar ).
The team expressed satisfaction through letter to Chief Secretary Mr. Anindo Mazumder over the efforts put by all PRI members of village and specially to all departments of Andaman and Nicobar Administration for the development of Ramnagar Village under Sansad Adarsh Gaon Scheme.
Meanwhile, the team lauded the special efforts of Forest department of wildlife division for the protection of turtle eggs at Ramnagar beach.
