Port Blair, Oct 31: Mr Bishnu Pada Ray, Member of Parliament, A&N Islands through his letter dated 28.10.2016 has urged the Union Home Minister for early grant of ration money @ Rs.2866 per month to the Regular Home Guards of A&N Administration at par with the Ration Money being paid to the police personnel of A&N Administration since May, 2012. In his letter addressed to Home Minister, he further added that the A&N Administration has already moved this matter to the MHA with detailed justification and pending in the Ministry since long back and requested to accord sanction at the earliest.
