Port Blair, Sept 2: As part of Freedom with Responsibility week Celebration, Andaman & Nicobar Police had organized an essay competition (open to all) on the subject “Freedom with Responsibility”. Total of 108 entries were received at Police Headquarter, Atlanta Point, which were evaluated by a panel of three independent Judges, in which Kumari Tripiti Choubey of Tagore Govt. College, Dr. Alexander Joseph R/o VIP Road and S. Lagnesh Kumar of Class XII, Govt. RBV Sr. Sec School secured the 1st ,2nd and 3rd position and were rewarded with Rs 5000/-, Rs 3000/- and Rs 2000/- respectively. The Cheques were handed over to the winners by the Superintendent of Police (HQ) at Conference Hall, PHQ.
