Port Blair, Aug 29: Heavy rain (0711 cm) very likely to occur at isolated places over Andaman and Nicobar islands is likely to occur at isolated places over Andaman & Nicobar islands in the next 48 hours, according to the Indian Meteorological Department. The general public have been advised to take precautionary measures and contact the State Control Room, District Control Room and Emergency Operation Centers in case of any emergency.
