Port Blair, Aug 18: The Directorate of Tourism, A & N Administration, Port Blair proposes to engage 1 No. Daily Rated Mazdoor under Highly Skilled category @ Rs. 379/- per working day for updating website, handling face book pages, twitter handle for Tourism Department and development of LAN based modules for office works. The engagement will be for a period of six months.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement as Daily Rated Mazdoor 01 No. (Highly Skilled). The age of the candidates should be 18-33 years for male and 18-38 years for female, age relaxation for OBC candidates as per rule. The eligible candidates are advised to report before the Selection Committee alongwith their bio data in plain paper affixing passport size photograph and one set of self attested copy of certificates of Educational & Technical qualification, Employment Exchange Registration Card for skill test on 26/08/2016 in the Directorate of Tourism, Port Blair. The candidate should bring their own Laptop for skill test with software already installed for skill tests mentioned in essential qualification.
Essential Qualification:
1. Daily Rate Mazdoor (Highly Skilled):
a. Minimum 12th passed from a recognized Board/Institution.
b. 1 year Diploma in computer application and sound knowledge in software development using web technologies:
• Client Side & Tools:
html & Java Script.
• Server side programming:
php or . net.
• Database Tools:
mysql server or sql server.
Method of selection: Candidates for the post of Daily Rated Mazdoor (Highly Skilled) shall be selected on the basis of skill test which will be conducted at the Directorate of Tourism, Port Blair on 26/08/2016 at 10.00 AM. Only selected candidates shall be informed of his/her selection.
The candidates are also advised to produce original certificates at the time of skill test.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The engagement is purely on Daily Rated Basis.
• There is no provision for re-engagement after expiry of six months and no claim for regular appointment.
• The Director (Tsm) reserves the right to terminate the engagement of the candidates if his/her performance is not found satisfactory or such other reason deemed to be fit.
