Port Blair, August 12: A team of forest range Mount Harriet and South Andaman on information conducted a raid yesterday at the forest area of Mount Harriet range and arrested 4 persons for illegally extracting Padauk timber.
As per reports, the team seized 0.613 cubic meter of timber and other tools used in the process. As per sources, all the four accused were produced in the court today, from where they have been sent to the judicial custody.
