Port Blair, Aug 9: As part of Freedom with Responsibility week, a painting competition was organized by A&N Traffic Police on Monday in the conference Hall of PS Aberdeen.
Around 75 students from various schools participated in the competition. In the first category Sutapa Roy of MGIS School, Deepanjana Saha of VKV School and Deepti Kumari of Girls School secured first, second and third position respectively whereas D Shubham Rao of Carmel School, Tanmay Baroi of GDMS and Santhanu Anil of KV No. 1 from 2nd category secured first, second and third position respectively. Apart from above R Thenmozhi of Mohanpura School & Rohit Kumar of Boy’s School and G Tirumurthi & Santosh Kumar of Bathu Basthi School were selected for consolation prizes.
