Port Blair, July 31: The Indian Meteorological Department has forecast heavy to very heavy rain (07-11 cm) at isolated places over Andaman islands on Monday and Tuesday. Under the influence of strong Southwest monsoon current, Southwesterly wind speed between 45 and 55 kmph and rough to very rough seas are likely along and off Andaman and Nicobar coasts. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the sea. Hoist Local Cautionary Signal No III at Port Blair port. Fishermen have been advised to be cautious while venturing into the sea.
