Port Blair, July 21: The Joint Interrogation Team has already begun interrogation of all 11 Myanmarese who were caught by Coast Guard along with a suspicious boat recently from Narcondum Island region of North Andaman.
As per sources initial investigation has hinted that these 11 Myanmarese Poachers were involved in the cross border smuggling of timber and in this case after delivering the timber in Malaysia, while returning to their nation they entered into the Indian Territory.
It is also learnt that as many clothes of women were found in the boat, the JIT strongly believe that the 11 poachers might be involved in women trafficking.
To clarify many other such doubts the JIT will continue the interrogation in coming days.
