Port Blair, July 20: The Port Blair Municipal Council will organize camp for verification and validation of applications submitted under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Housing For All) in Ward no 01 from July 25-27 in the Community hall of Ward No. 1, Haddo from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 5 pm. All applicants of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana have been requested to be present at the venue with documents like Aadhaar Card in original along with a photocopy (Mandatory), Voter ID card in original along with a photocopy, Islander Card in original along with a photocopy, certificate of house owner ship from Revenue Authority of beneficiary’s native district, Self–certified/ Affidavit as proof of income, Record of Right regarding availability of land owned by them along with one set of attested photocopy, Original documents showing the family details of the applicant along with one set of attested photocopy eg. Raton Card, Bank Pass Book along with an attested photocopy, rent agreement with the house owner of the applicant resides on rented accommodation with proper address of the house owner and Affidavit/ Undertaking as per prescribed format. Self–certified/ Affidavit as proof of income can be submitted within 45 days in the the UPA cell of Port Blair Municipal Council. Further, no New Applications under the scheme will be accepted during the camp and receipt of forms deposited in the Office of the Port Blair Municipal Council between the period 01/12/2015 to 31/12/2015 is pre-requisite for entry as well as verification.
