Port Blair, July 5: The Andaman and Nicobar Islands Pre-Medical Test (ANIPMT) 2016, which was scheduled to be held on June 26, 2016, was postponed due to administrative reasons to July 10. Due to insufficient gap between the earlier dates for the students to travel from different places of A&N Islands and also from other corners of mainland and also the unavailability of the scheduled Centres on July 10, the ANIPMT 2016 has now been rescheduled to July 31, 2016. Further, the venue of ANIPMT-2016 at one Centre i.e., Govt. Model Senior Secondary School has been shifted to Govt. Senior Secondary school, Mohanpura. The other Centre viz., K.V.No.1 will remain unchanged. All candidates are required to bring the same Hall tickets/Admit Cards issued earlier by the Admission Cell of ANIIMS, Port Blair. All other modalities for conduction of the ANIPMT-2016 will remain the same.
As per the revised instructions for the candidates appearing for ANIPMT-2016, ANIPMT-2016 exam will be conducted on 31.07.2016, K.V.No.1 continues to remain as one of the Examination centre, the earlier Centre of Model Senior Secondary School, Port Blair is changed to Government Senior Secondary School Mohanpura, the time for exam will remain the same i.e., 10 am to 1 pm, the Admit Card issued earlier, will be valid for exam on 31st July, 2016 and in case, candidate has not received/lost his/her Admit Card, its duplicate can be obtained from the Admission Cell of ANIIMs, Port Blair during working hours, upto 48 hrs before the examination.
